As an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor I have over 15 years experience in guiding my clients and helping them to better cope with life's challenges. Working collaboratively, I  help my clients build resilience, develop better coping mechanisms, compassion for self, improved self-care and address negative behavioural and relationship patterns.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote emotional and  behavioral transformation by encouraging my clients to examine core-beliefs and attitudes towards self and others. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

Using an eclectic mix of different therapeutic approaches - Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Choice Theory and Existential Therapy- I help guide my clients on a journey of self-discovery, heping them to remove obstacles in their thinking, emotions and behaviour.
