With over twenty year’s clinical experience, I offer supervision to therapists and helping professionals seeking a reflective, grounded space to deepen their work and develop confidence in practice

 

I offer online clinical supervision to practitioners across the helping professions, including therapists, counsellors, and those working in roles that involve supporting others.

I am an accredited supervisor with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with over fifteen years’ experience in private practice. My background includes extensive work in the area of addiction, alongside broader therapeutic work with adults.

Who I work with

I currently offer supervision to:

• Student therapists undertaking clinical placement

• Pre-accredited therapists working towards accreditation

• Qualified therapists and counsellors

• Professionals in the helping roles (e.g. support workers, healthcare staff, community-based practitioners)

My approach to supervision

I see supervision as a collaborative, reflective space where you can step back from your work and think more clearly about what’s happening in your interactions with clients or service users.

My aim is to provide a space that is:

• Supportive and grounded

• Thoughtful and containing

• Open enough to explore uncertainty, doubt, and complexity

I place particular emphasis on:

• Developing confidence in your role

• Supporting you with challenging or demanding work

• Noticing relational dynamics

• Helping you find your own voice and way of working

My approach is informed by my clinical experience, including work in addiction, and by an understanding of the realities of frontline and private practice work, including online settings.

• Sessions are offered online

• Frequency can be arranged in line with your needs and any professional requirements

• Reduced rates are available for student therapists on placement

Fees

My standard supervision fee is €XX per session.
